2024 Pancake Day Queen Applications
Pancake Day Queen Pageant Applications are now LIVE for Queen Contestants, Escorts & Pages!
Please read through the rules and requirements prior to signing up! Applicants must reside or attend school in Appanoose County. Applications are due May 31st for all categories! Please note… we will take the first 20 Pages (10 boys and 10 girls) that submit their application and fee, on a first come first serve basis!! These spots go quickly!
How to apply:
1. Stop in to our office (128 N. 12th Street- SW corner of the Centerville square) and fill out an application and pay the fee. $25 for escort and page fees, $35 for Queen contestant fee + sponsorship fee of $150.
2. Visit www.pactiowa.org or click on the links below. Under the Pancake Day tab, you will find each application. Print, complete, scan, and email the application to chamber@pactiowa.org. In addition, you will need to call the PACT office 641-437-4102 to pay over the phone.
