YMCA Show Your Heart Some Love Feb 17

The Rathbun Lake Area YMCA will be extending their hours on Saturdays February 10th, 17th and 24th. The Y will be open 9am-4pm!

Free for Y members: Saturdays Feb 10, 17, 24 1pm-3:30pm. The YMCA is offering individual or small group (up to 3) 30-minute weight room equipment tours with Y staff member, James Sager including:

• Descriptions of each machine.
• What the machines do for your body
• How to properly adjust them for you use.
